I am available to travel to client locations to complete a transsexual evaluation.  The expenses incurred as a result of traveling to client locations are the responsibility of the client.  In addition to my standard evaluation fee, the expenses incurred as a result of traveling to client locations are the responsibility of the client and may include airfare, additional transportation, and 2-3 nights lodging.
